Welcome to the Nation’s Leader in Professionally Bred and Trained English Golden Retrievers!
LVL I, WEEK 2: Georgia Girls
LVL III Graduate: Wyatt
We take joy in saying that our dogs are companions for our families. Their health, happiness, and livelihood are our top priorities. We love our dogs and every puppy holds a special place in our hearts. Unlike many breeders, we are not in business to just sell you a puppy. We operate as a fully functioning breeding, training, and behavior facility that provides a one-of-a-kind experience for your adoption.
We know that getting a puppy can be stressful. Puppies chew, they nip, they romp, and sometimes, they go potty on your favorite rug. Our training program is designed to teach puppies the basic mannerisms that will put it on the right track to a lifetime of learning. Training programs at Red Fern were designed by our Director of Training who has come to us with many years of experience from around the world in training, behavior, and specialty work like Service and Therapy Dogs. She’s here not just for the pups, but for you too! In taking the time to learn about you and your family, she can help you find the right program for your goals and help to teach you (not just your pup!) a few tricks along the way!
The English Golden Retriever is full of adventure. The sight of an English Golden Retriever is one of awe and beauty that cannot be compared to any other breed. It is mesmerizing, to say the very least. We want to share this breed with those who admire it and we can’t wait for you to share the love of this majestic dog with us.
We strive to provide the healthiest puppies to those interested in the English Golden Retriever breed. We choose the best possible pairs for breeding. Before we breed any dogs, we ensure the health of both the male and the female dog. We want to share the love of the English Golden Retriever breed, but our top priority is the health, wellness, and safety of the parents. Because of this, if we have any questions, concerns, or if our dogs just aren’t feeling well, we may temporarily postpone a specific litter of interest. We appreciate your understanding and we know that you want a healthy, happy puppy. In order to achieve this, we take excellent care of our dogs and as soon as we are sure that both soon-to-be parents are healthy, happy, and ready to become a mom and dad, we will resume normal schedule. We know as pet lovers you will understand.
Many breeders simply offer you a puppy at 8 weeks old and walk away. We are not this type of breeder. We offer an exclusive training program which provides real life training to your companion. If you are worried about the hassle of getting a young puppy, or you want your puppy to be trained to know the basic mannerisms of a home, this training program is worth your time. Starting at 6 weeks old, we begin teaching your puppy the basics of living in a home and socializing with other people. Depending on the training program level you choose, your puppy can stay with us until they are 12 to 16 weeks old. During the time that they are with us, they will be cared for like one of our own family members. We will teach them the difficult things in life, like house training and basic commands that they will need for their safety and learning more complicated commands. If you wish for your puppy to have more in-depth training, contact us about our extended programs and we can discuss what training is important to you and your family, as well as training offers you will not be able to find in other places.
